- Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges
- No automatic billing until you choose to subscribe
Subscription Cancellation / सदस्यता रद्दीकरण
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard:
- Cancel anytime: Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Access continues: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused portions of the billing period
- Easy restart: You can resubscribe anytime in the future
Refund Policy / धनवापसी नीति
While we generally do not offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise:
- Within 48 hours: If you experience technical issues preventing service delivery and we cannot resolve them, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment
- Duplicate payment: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full
- Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver messages for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, you may request a pro-rata refund
Note: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
