Thus far I have described this knowledge to you through analytical study. Now listen as I explain it in terms of working without fruitive results. O son of Pritha, when you act in such knowledge you can free yourself from the bondage of works.

यह बुद्धि तेरे लिए ज्ञान योग के विषय में कही गई। अब कर्मयोग के विषय में सुन। इस बुद्धि से युक्त होकर तू कर्म के बंधन को त्याग देगा।
Deep Reflection
गहन चिंतन
The Software Upgrade.
Krishna hits "Pause." He says: "Okay, that was the Theory (Sankhya). Now I am going to give you the Practice (Yoga)."
Buddhya Yukto = Linked with Intelligence. This isn't about sitting in a cave. It's about acting with a specific Intellectual Attitude. This new attitude will break the chains of Karma.
Sankhya vs. Yoga
Sankhya is the Map. Yoga is the Drive. Sankhya tells you "You are not the body." (Knowledge). Yoga tells you "How to work while knowing you are not the body." (Skill).
You need both. Knowledge without action is dry philosophy. Action without knowledge is wandering.
Karma-Bandham Prahanyasi
"You will cast off the bondage of Karma."
Usually, every action binds you. If I help you (good karma), I am bound to receive a reward. If I hurt you (bad karma), I am bound to receive punishment.
Buddhi Yoga (Karma Yoga) cuts this cord. You act, but you don't sign the receipt. The Karma has nowhere to land.
Buddhi (The Intellect)
This "Yoga" is not physical. It is mental. It is a "Buddhi" (Intellect) adjustment.
You don't change WHAT you do (Arjuna still fights). You change WHY you do it (Not for kingdom, but for Duty).
Small shift in mind = Massive shift in destiny.
The Great Liberation
Imagine working hard all day, but feeling zero stress. Imagine caring deeply about the work, but zero about the result.
That is the promise of this verse. It is the end of burnout. It is the end of anxiety.
Listening Mode
"Imam Shrnu" (Listen to this). Krishna demands attention. He knows he is about to drop the most practical advice in the history of mankind. He wants Arjuna to tune in.
What This Means for You
व्यावहारिक ज्ञान
Upgrade your OS. You are running on "Desire OS" (I act to get stuff). Switch to "Duty OS" (I act because it is right).
Don't stop working. The goal isn't laziness. The goal is friction-less work.
Cut the Chain. Realize that your anxiety comes from the attachment, not the work. Keep the work, cut the attachment.

Old Way (Karma Bandham - Bondage): You are driving to the most important meeting of your life. Suddenly -> Gridlock. Red lights everywhere.
You Grip the wheel. Your blood pressure spikes. "Why me? Why today? This city is garbage! I'm going to get fired!" You are trapped in the drama. You are suffering because your happiness was attached to "Arriving on Time."
New Way (Buddhi Yoga - Intelligence): You hit the same traffic. But your Mind is like Google Maps.
Does Google Maps scream? Does it have an anxiety attack? Does it say "I'm a failure of an app"?
No. It vividly displays "Red Route." It calculates: "Delay 14 minutes." It says: "Recalculating."
You (The Buddhi) observe the situation. "Okay, I am late. Screaming won't clear the cars."
Action 1: Send a text. "Running 15 mins late." Action 2: Put on a podcast. Action 3: Relax.
You are still in the jar (Traffic), but you are not of the jar. The event is happening around you, not to you. That cool distance? That is Yoga.
