About Bhagavad Gita Chapter 18 - Moksha Sanyasa Yoga
Bhagavad Gita Chapter 18 - Moksha Sanyasa Yoga के बारे में
Moksha Sanyasa Yoga is the longest chapter and the summary of the entire Gita. Krishna reviews the concepts of Renunciation (Tyaga) vs Monkhood (Sanyasa), knowledge, action, and workers according to the three Gunas.
He clarifies that acts of sacrifice, charity, and penance should never be given up; they should be done without attachment. He describes the four Varnas and their natural duties.
The climax of the Gita is the final assurance. Krishna asks Arjuna to abandon all varieties of religion and surrender unto Him alone. "Do not fear," He assures. Arjuna, his delusion destroyed and memory regained, picks up his bow, ready to fight according to Krishna's command.
